The One Voice: Global Communication Strategy affirms the central role of communication in the internal and external advancement of the UNFPA vision and action detailed in the UNFPA Strategic Plan 2014-2017. It aims to build the capacity and confidence of country, regional and HQ staff to understand and articulate UNFPA's strategic priorities, speaking with One Voice. It streamlines and focuses UNFPA messaging, strengthens policies, guidelines and channels for more effective internal and external communication, and encourages a culture that prioritizes, empowers and rewards communication.
